Refund and Exchange Policy

- Products can be refunded or exchanged within 2 days from receiving the order 

- Customized products cannot be exchanged or refunded

- Refunds are processed through the same payment method used upon checkout when placing the order

- Goods should not be worn, washed or damaged

- A logistic fee of 2 KWD is applied for exchanged/refunded product pickup 

- International orders cannot be exchanged or refunded
